How long has your company been making these products?

We are making a brooch pin since 2014.
What is the product availability/stock level?

We keep a minimum stock of 10 pins per design.
What happens if there are product defects?

We will replace it with a new product.
What are your warranty/guarantee policies?

We provide a 6-month warranty for product usability.
Can you provide finished product photos before shipment?

Yes, we can send finished product photos before shipment.
Do you make custom products?

Do you include your company’s branding on the packaging?

No, we don't include our company’s branding on the packaging.
Do you offer our company’s branding on the packaging or custom packaging?

Yes, we offer custom packaging but only for large order. (MOQ is 5000 pieces)

Do you have a minimum order (MOQ)?

MOQ is 10 pins per design.
Do you offer a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes, we offer a discount for bulk orders.
What will the total cost be?

Total cost includes product cost + shipping cost. No other hidden fees.
What is the average order turnaround time?

Generally, average order turnaround time is 3 weeks. (2 week for production & 1 week for shipping time)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.
Do you offer Dropshipping service?

No, we don't offer Dropshipping service.
Who pays for customs fees?

Buyer will responsible for customs fees.
Who pay for replacement/returns shipping fees?

We will pay for replacement shipping fees.
Do you provide tracking numbers for shipment?

How do I make a purchase order?

Please choose your needed products with needed quantity then complete checkout process.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal & wire transfer.
Can you provide discounts for bulk purchases?

Support Questions

What happens if a product/order doesn’t arrive?

Please inform us if product doesn’t arrive as per specified time. We will ship your products with the express shipping options. Also, if you don't need products after a specified time then we will give you a 100% refund.
What are your return and refund policy?

If you got defective or wrong products then please send photos of it, we will replace it with new products.
When are you on holiday?

We have two major festival holiday (1) Janmastmi holiday - 1 week holiday which comes in the month of August (2) Diwali holiday - 10 days holiday which comes in the month of November.
