FINOX brooch pin uses the services of the best transport/carrier agencies such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for reliable, secure, and on-time shipment.

Normally the shipping company FedEx, DHL, and UPS will take to anywhere from 5-10 working days for delivery of your package. This period may exceed in case of any delay due to natural calamity.

FINOX brooch pin shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for a reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency.

The orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer and FINOX brooch pin will not be responsible for the delay of shipment
due to the wrong or incomplete shipping address. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.

FINOX brooch pin will not ship any of the orders unless and until the full payment is deposited to our bank account, credit card or PayPal.
Shipping Charges are based on weight, Volume metric and destination country.

Billing Address shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.

FINOX brooch pin will not be responsible for the delay and loss of the shipment due to failure to pay the duties and taxes at the place of destination of the shipment.

Shipment will be charged to Customs Duty by the government of the destination country. The rules and rates related to Customs Duty vary widely from country to country and it is not possible for us to predict or control those. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all import duties and taxes for the shipment at the place of the respective destination. FINOX brooch pin will not be responsible for any such duties and Taxes applied
at the Time of the import of the shipment. Also, it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to produce the necessary documents to clear the shipment at the time of import.

Once a package is handed to the transport/carrier agency, they will issue tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to its destination.
FINOX brooch pin will send an email containing the transport/courier agencyโ€™s website details along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery.
Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrierโ€™s websites.
